do i need to be present on a city gas line pressure test inspection?

or can I just leave everything hooked up andthe gauge connected to the main line, so that the inspector can see there's no leaks. I

got the permit as a homeowner, because I'm not a licensed plumber. Thanks. San Antonio tx.
