Sometimes I think, from the posts I read on BP, that new investors think that "the streets in Tampa, Florida are paved with gold."

Buy rentals with a high entry fee that keeps out the riff-raff, screen people until you'd trust them to hold onto a bar of gold for you and offer absolutely zero leniency to any tenant that slips for moment, because the system has already designed that leniency into the rules.

I am also a new investor and BP has been a gold mine of information..

The home in question is next to a gold course, is this common? 

I'm not willing to pay Gold Pockets for their list of 'lenders', what other options are there?
