well just got bad news from my real estate agent. The seller is not meeting the terms of the contract so FHA can approve that the property meets health standards smh... Feeling alil sad closing was originally for March 23 then pushed further back till April 2 and now April 13th. Then I have an email from the loan broker saying that there's going to be a problem with the locked rate on April 18 if he doesn't meet the standards. Man and I have been at this January 16 plus I have my things packed up cuz my agent told me to get ready. I'm alil embarrassed to cuz I told my family and ppl at work that it was a go smh.... Kinda of a sad day but I'm going to stay optimistic about the situation. Hope all of you out here on #BP have wonderful week!

Hey Rafael,

Don't worry about what other people think, this is YOUR business. It isn't your fault and you don't have control over the seller. Stay strong and smart. Look for the next deal if this one doesn't work out.

Keep up the hard work and Never give up!

Thanks,
