Said-debt levels are much higher today, and government solvency is at Risk if we sustain higher interest rates for a long term.Not getting too political, but higher costs leads to either default, or a combination of higher taxes and rationalizing social services/entitlements, and reducing the latter is politically damaging.In my opinion, the Fed has a ceiling on interest rates, and I think we’re getting close to it.I also think we won’t know that exact number until we’ve passed it, which we will, and they’ll be back to QE by end of year fixing the damage from “over correcting the response to inflation”.

Social unrest, lockdowns, food supply break down etc.I would like to offer a much less expensive option as a plan b for city folks.

Tenant(s) Social Security Number: this should have been obtained by the current landlord to do a background check duringthe application process.

I'd prefer to use social media platforms like facebook if that is an option. 

Please send me any of your recommendations for general contractors & handymen.Bonus points if they have a website or social media presence with before and after pictures.I'm traveling for the summer, so would ideally find someone who has experience with long-distance investors. 

If I do, does this require taking social security as retirement?

From the IRS:"You will be liable for social security and Medicare taxes and withheld income tax if you do not deduct and withhold them because you treat an employee as a nonemployee, including yourself if you are a corporate officer, and you may be liable for a trust fund recovery penalty."

So it's kind of like waiting to collect social security.
