The general LLC would then be the sole member of the site specific LLCs, so for example, if your general LLC was NJ Investors, LLC and you bought a project at 123 Main Street, you could form 123 Main, LLC.

@Gonzalo Escobar For the phone system you propose, it sounds like you may run into an issue with your tenants not wanting their cell numbers posted on the street (I know I wouldn't here in SF or anywhere really.)

I'm not sure how detailed of information you're looking for regarding schools but a good resource at a high level is http://www.greatschools.org/school-district-boundaries-map/ It ranks schools (elementary, middle and high school) and you can see the school district boundaries to identify down to the street or address which school a particular property would attend.
