Ninety-Fifth, German Immersion, Christ King Parish, School of Languages, St. Margaret Mary...

Does anyone have information on these schools? Would getting rentals near these schools be a good strategy/sought after?

Thanks

I haven't been able to find any SFH. The taxes really kill the deals. Even the foreclosures are listed for too much. I ended up buying a turnkey property in Kansas City instead (better value). I'm considering buying condo(s) (Milwaukee) instead due to lower taxes and the price to rent ratio is better. I live in the area and consider it a B+ neighborhood. I'd love to be able to get a SFH rental though.
