Eviction-unknown vehicle appeared

Unfortunately I'm currently proceeding with an eviction. The sheriff is scheduled to make a Writ of Possession tomorrow. I've driven by the property a few times since I started the process with the court and last week an unknown vehicle appeared on the property. Appears to be broken down and I have no idea whose it is (no tag). What can I legally do with it? No way of knowing if it runs and the junkyard will give me approx $300 for it - which doesn't equal to the amount required for me to store/auction after 30 days under FL statue. What would you do?

Make sure it doesn't belong to the existing tenant, if you have a lease application with vehicle information. At the eviction, tag the car and sat it will be removed with xxxxdays. Then contact s local towing company in the area to remove.

Sometimes if a neighbor knows that the property is vacant they will park their car in the driveway temporarily
