I'm keeping a Pittsburgh based return address on the postcards/letters, but I'd rather not have a giant collection of returned mailpieces pile up for me to collect on a regular basis.I've heard of an option where the post office can send you photos of your undeliverable mail and then discard it for you, but I can't seem to find anything about this service on the USPS site.

I like "management" or professional "Hosts" that are almost more like my tenants that know how to run their own boutique hospitality business rather than managers that focus on managing as many properties as they can with less regard about the quality of the property and experience being created for guests.There are all different types of markets, all different types of properties, and all different types of guests so lots of different strategies work.

The only books I recommend are probably Get Paid For Your Pad by Jasper Ribbers & Million Dollar Host by Julie George but there is a load of good podcasts out there.

In my market, if a tenant is working with a realtor, you are merely a rest stop in the house hunting game.Based on my regular review of listings, if you list with a realtor you are likely to have to absorb more vacancy than others.The 2nd is until recent market changes... now we all feel like pre-pandemic Brooklyn landlords- we could rent out a garbage can.I never saw the need.
