I think we bring a unique perspective and have a lot to offer the building community so it's encouraging.

I'd encourage you to work on getting your license so you don't have to depend on others to access properties and generate comps.  

I guess it wouldn't be encouraging to tell you that I work with a lot of LA-ers who are buying in Philadelphia, huh?....

I'm a big proponent of learning from experienced people in all facets of life, so I encourage any scrutiny/advice to my current plans.
