My name is Brandi Ard. Born and raised in Birmingham, I know the market well! I have been in the RE business for 13 years specializing in residential RE; I do a bit of Commercial as well. A couple of years ago, I met a RE investor and started helping him find deals. That actually "awakened a giant" so to speak, as I had read Rich Dad Poor Dad when I was 19!! I absolutely love the investing side of RE. I listen to several podcasts th/out the week and came across BP. I joined a local Beginner investing Meetup group & they recommended setting up a profile to network. So, here I am! Super excited about taking next steps! Looking forward to helping anyone I can!
