Hello BiggerPockets Community:

I'm Joshuah Turner and I recently started my real estate investment journey about 6 months ago. While I still have a lot to learn, I have built a significant knowledge base and now I am ready to take action! My focus lies with Philadelphia, PA multi-family rental units in the University City, Temple, and Fishtown areas. I am currently looking for and investor-friendly realtor to facilitate the purchase of my first rental property! I look forward to building my real estate investment network and being a participating member of the BP forums. Thank you in advance for any advice you send my way!

-Josh
