These are all under Texas' statutes (the Business Organizations Code).As for hard money, your local investor groups will draw HMLs. 

People starting out today who are much more organized/self-motivate/knowledge seeking (whatever you want to call it) will probably encounter BP sooner rather than later. 

It's more about being overwhelmed with all the work and trying to keep everything organized.

@Dante ForemanMy recommendation is to develop a strong business plan and strategy and reach out to those who broker for lenders who are organized as a Reg D or A with SEC exemptions.

It’s not rocket science to keep an organized key cabinet.

I personally live in an area that is going to see the number of senior citizens increase 97% by 2035, so a home like this in my area may not have the same demand as a 2 bed/1 bath home for someone who has grown children, is approaching retirement and looking to downsize to something more manageable.Lastly, it could be price. 

-from image perpective is that building that sounds attractive to not only move into but to sale in the future- its sitting on 0.3 of an acre.. parking traffic appears a little tight, but can organized to both left and right of the building to 1 car per unit.

They had a strict no internet/social media policy and organized a lot of social events until life pulled them in different directions.
