Hello BP friends,

I am new to real estate and have a question and hopeing you guys can help. I have been looking into a small multifamily and found this small apartment of 6 units, good neighborhood... but this is my question.

- The building in facing inward towards another apartment complex and not the street, behind it is house.

-from image perpective is that building that sounds attractive to not only move into but to sale in the future

- its sitting on 0.3 of an acre.. parking traffic appears a little tight, but can organized to both left and right of the building to 1 car per unit.

-Recommended loan- for 2 investors, property is in need of renovation and completely vacant and off market

Thank you in advance
