I am the person who sees to it that rents are deposited into the Wyoming bank accounts controlled by the trust, but I am not otherwise involved in the trusts, or the LLC’s, and I am no longer a signatory on any of the bank accounts holding rents collected from these abandoned properties.

The most involved is to put some drywall in there with a surround or tile covering and then brick or siding patch on the outside.
