I bought the property putting in the offer the following day, after she threatened to sue the buyer if he tried to come up with excuses to turn down buyers she bought over, drag things out, and deal with this other buyer who tried what you're trying.

And another concern is that he asked me to come his title company and he doesn't have a driver license by excusing that he wouldn't get the new one because he did a small surgery on his face and don't want to have such photo in his ID.And more, he did want to get the inspection although I am going to pay when closing and house is built in 1916 although it looked well maintained.In such case, I am not 100% sure, I can trust this case or not.

What's significant about this is that with two other PMs I've had when THEY started advertising in the October, November time frame in years past they had every excuse as to why "people don't move from October-March in Cleveland, it's too cold, nobody is calling us back, etc."
