looking for an investor lender  to loan 100% on a commercial property in Queens New York Price is 1,850,000  including rehab cost of 350,000  we already have a buyer who will pay $2,500,000 for the property after rehab

@Account Closed, so, the buyer doesn't trust you in advance with the rehab!? Pity...

Personally, I wouldn't trust the buyer! What happens when they walk for any flimsy excuse?
