Agreed with Account Closed -- being electrician will give you a leg up in many situations!  

@John Horner  you guys have over reliance on attornies in your closing process.WE would be doing this work without an attorney.. actually our title company would handle it for us.. and if they got no where then we go to the state and pound on the door.. the state wants money you have the money.. they should or will take the money.you step in and do the leg work...

We listened and now have a nice elegant table with two chairs with a table setting and some flowers so you can overlook your back yard.  

Being 1/3 owner of the building with insider knowledge of the building gives you a leg up over other investors.Combine aspects of the above: Owner financing and bringing on an experienced partner/investor from your network.Best of luck!

Once you show those e-mails to the judge, your client would have no leg to stand on.
