New to the forum from Boston Massachusetts!

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself to the community and get as involved as possible in the forum. Everyone here seems great, before I even signed up I found a lot of useful information (the podcast sent me here). Anyways, Let me keep this short..

My name is John, I'm 24 years old, work in Boston as a licensed electrician, and I'm really passionate about real estate. Especially recently I've really immersed myself in learning more. I invested in my first multi-unit home at 22 and it's been a great overall. I plan on having a much larger portfolio with time and can hopefully build some friendships while I'm here!
