Then Had a  Property in Rohnert Park  next to the Graton Casino.. i bought in 95 for 27k bare land 4 acres.. city grew out to us brought us in .. upzoned us. ( keep in mind I spent ZERO on this other than 350 a year in prop taxs.) and we sold in January for 1.9 mil to a local developer..
