depending on how bad the job is we get it done way cheaper we can have a whole house rehabbed 2100sqft for only 3500 and we buy the supply's and we hire them one at a time and make them a group at times we have been doing it this cheap for some time now

However, I've only had to do it once so far).On water and sewer, they can put in separate meters, but we'd have to track down each separate unit's supply line, etc. so we just bear with that.

If you want to buy your buy and hold inventory from the REO supply you are going to have to have the cash or borrow it..maybe seek private funds.
