RUBBS Programs
Can anybody explain how this would work to cut expenses on all bills paid apartments? I am looking at 36 units with outlandish management and utility bills and looking at value plays for this complex.

NEVER buy a rental if you will be paying the utilities!!! Paying heat in a cold weather area or air conditioning in a hot area is a great way to go broke.
