Anyone ever heard of or purchased "Find Cash Buyers Now"

I heard about this the other day and took a look at the website (just add .com). They are touting "the opposite of what is taught".
Rather than find the deal and search for a buyer they say we have 150k Cash buyers. Contact the buyer than find the property they want.
Price is $1997 and $97 per month.
At this steep price it better work, YES.

Just looking for feedback, positive or negative.

I should clarify, it's not that I don't necessarily think it's worth it - but once any product (software or otherwise) gets into the $1000 + initial cost, I get the distinct impression that they are actually taking advantage of users instead of trying to sell a product they will find useful. I don't know why but real estate in particular seems to be flooded with this kind of mentality - $10,000 courses, $5,000 buyers lists, and more. I bet 90% of people who spend $3k+ on a course, never end up using what they learned (not that that is the course makers fault, but still.... )
