Send a memo reminding all of them that free classes are offered at HomeDepot and Lowes.On a serious note though to answer the Post, my leases state no changes to the property without approval and I list "including but not limited to A, B, C,D...."

It might be less cash flow than linden or other c or d areas in columbus, but almost every deal is better than the 1% rule and if you purchase right there is a lot of opportunity to buy low and sell high.

@Nicole Lorenzetti I agree with the statements of @Uriah D. - as it will cost you time and money to get your license, more time and money to keep it each year, and you then have to hang it somewhere, which will also likely have some cost.
