Second introduction after reading the rules.

Hello BP,

First I'd like to start off by saying in newbie fashion I totally messed up my first intro into the BP community.....I may have sounded too pitchy.

My name is Mark d. Kudlach jr.

I'm currently running a septic and plumbing business in southeastern Ct. I've recently obtained my sales associate license and will actively be pursuing a lifelong dream of real estate investing! It amazes me how the whole structure of this industry works. What I've gathered thus far on the forums and in watching the awesome podcasts is that adding value in one way or another is the way to go for sure. With that being said I look forward to joining some local groups and learning as much as possible. I've always tried to do more than being paid for in business and will continue to add value whenever I can. Thanks for the opportunity to make another intro into this outstanding platform of REI. I look forward to meeting with and chatting with all of you in the near future!
