It is a web based application (no need to download anything, just go to their website), that allows you to create very clean images, flyers, info-graphics, profile pictures, social media headers, and more.

Your best web traffic will come from social media.

Website based services love "newbie" gullible consumers who need web services. 

I am an investor and also a RE Agent so I can provide access to individuals for an app that lets them see all GAMLS, FMLS, Athens MLS data via an app or web. 

I did some searching around the web and found a copy of the webinar that's being promoted. 

I have web sites, bandit signs, print and radio advertising, but what I dont have is a coherent message across all media that says "I can use my creativity to get you out of your disaster of a property, no matter what price or condition"   Basically all of my stuff says I Buy Houses just like everyone else.
