Hey y’all!  My name is Terry, I’m 31 years old, and I’m excited to be here on BiggerPockets! A friend of mine told me about BP a couple months ago and since then I’ve listened to about 50 BP podcasts and I’m devouring every real estate / business book I can get my hands on.  My investing background stems primarily from trading options but I’m really excited to learn more about investing in real estate for passive income. My wife and I currently have one rental property (previous residence) in addition to our home in St. Mary’s County MD - about an hour southeast of DC.  I’m primarily interested in buying and holding single families for cash flow since I work a full time job, but I’m also interested in developing systems for part-time flipping and wholesaling as well. Longer term, I would eventually like to acquire some commercial multifamily properties and get into spec building.  Anyways, I just wanted to formally introduce myself and say that I’m excited to be sharing this journey with you and I’m looking forward to seeing you around the site.  Cheers!
