While hardcopy isn't going away anytime soon and has some advantages (no batteries, cheap, loanable, free at the library, doesn't cost a mint if you get it wet or lose it, etc), The Kindle and the iPad and the e-books available on such devices will continue to gain ground I think.Having the ability to download any book you want in seconds over the cell network, as well as carry your entire library with you at all times, plus search it and bookmark it, have it read to you when driving, and be able to take notes and look up words in the dictionary, etc....that's pretty neat too, and it keeps getting better.I'll look forward to the ebook, Rich!

I am amazed that people dont call all of the folks in their cell phones and ask for opportunity.

Their MLS's use free template flyers to input info into.Your question is along the lines of " Would an agent pay a bunch of money for  a professional photo or shoot one for free on their cell phone that gets 80% of the way there?

PS gives you comps and more up to date info but NW gives cell numbers, and more info on the owners.

@Michael Kantar, I would recommend you download the app on a cell or use a different approach as far as communicating on BiggerPockets, because the comments you make are usually not visible.

Hi Jerry, a little off topic however we developed a text service that is free where you can send both bulk texts and bulk emails via computer to cell phones.
