Does anyone know of a good contractor and wholesaler that they know off here in AZ?

I have read a bit on BP forums about wholesaling, listened  to many podcasts where investors mention wholesalers being a good resource for finding properties.

Investment Info:Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Looking for any wholesalers that have potential properties in Bakersfield, CA.

I am not an agent nor a wholesaler but I have researched enough to know that it varies a lot state to state and you most likely want to consult a real estate attorney in your state prior to doing so.As far as I know, it is completely possible to wholesale as an agent, but they are held to a higher standard and as you alluded to as require certain disclosures such as the fact that you are an agent.

Double closings without disclosing what you are doing is not legal in CA,(maybe I'm wrong) a majority of wholesalers out here will assign contracts using their LLC and/ or assignee, for that you can use any title company you want.

I have helped aspiring wholesalers here in my market, I put them to work and they work for free...but they learn way more than they would have if they just tried to figure it out on their own, and it doesnt cost them anything but their time.Hope this helps Matt, if you have any questions feel free to message me anytime!
