Beginner Wholesaling Advice
Hello all,
I’m 24 years old and recently graduated from FSU with a degree in Finance. I ended up getting a decent job out of college but I know for a fact that this cannot be what life is about. I refuse to work at a desk for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 45 years. Nothing about that scenario is appealing to me.
I have always been interested in real estate investing and I know that I want to get my start with wholesaling part-time while I work my day job.
For those others who got their start wholesaling part-time: How long did it take for you to get over the nerves of doing that first deal? Would you recommend having a certain amount of capital on hand before attempting? How long did it take for you to have the confidence/Income to quit your day job and focus on real estate full-time? After all, that is the goal.
Any advice or tips from seasoned vets out there (or anyone with experience) would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
