My name is Solomon Floyd, I own Reunion Investments, a full service real estate investment firm with a military housing partnership. We provide investors with wholesale, rehab, and asset management services under one program to allow for the most efficient investment process. We extend our contracting to our investors in order to build and develop areas in and around military installations. Our housing contract with the military allows us to ensure that we can provide above market rents to all of our clients. Due to the nature of our partnership, Reunion has insight into how many renters will be arriving per month allowing us to provide housing for those members.
