@Maurice BunnThere is a difference between support and involvement or participation.My wife supports me as a I take on new music projects and students when teaching music.  

So I liked taking the phone calls live.My property manager has a different style and not as good of gut (and we don't let him approve tenants without us reviewing) so he does a lot more open houses and CraigsList advertising.I would suggest you do whatever works for you and modify it overtime.
