Think I am going to just go old school and go to the courthouse. 

I am interested in SHF in low crime areas and good school/ easy commute to large companies.

I'm currently in school for my BFA, but can't stop thinking about all of the possibilities with real estate investing.

There are many schools of thought on what this should be. 

With multiple investment properties you have a history and track record as an investor. 2.

My question is; Is it possible to land a job as an assistant for a Real Estate Investing company or broker without a license in the Raleigh, Durham or Garner area in North Carolina that will be willing to mentor me while I go to school and make some decent money?

I am in school busting my balls accumulating thousands of dollars worth of debt just to get out of school and have my debt be more than what I will accumulate annually.

If you want a database that is constantly updated, and that gives you a lot more data like length of ownership, debt, finance history, etc. there are better alternatives. ;-)

They have never failed to make payments on time and never defaulted on any loan in their 10 year history.  

      Have always loved real estate , been to two different schools to be licensed ,one in Georgia where i was licensed for a very short period of time ,one in Kentucky where all i had to to is take the test, however , i was getting in to building and selling at the time and it just took over and 20 yrs. later I never looked back .
