Many people say they want to start investing but give up because of excuses!

After talking with him and realizing I could go to community college and make money doing it, I ran out of excuses to not go.

Then when I sold it to my end buyer, it was paid by me because the title company made some excuses.

Please excuse my ignorance on the subject I am learning all this for the first time and we all have to start somewhere.I'm actually thinking about becoming a property manager myself after I quit my job in the corporate world (which will probably be at least 3 years off) but I would rather not "learn" on the first property I own.

Her excuse is that she is having trouble with her social security (if I had a dollar for every time I heard that, I wouldn't need real estate)!

Well, I think she is using the "will" as an excuse as she had mentioned that she had a friend take pictures to show other investors.

Anyways main concern, excuse the lengthy intro.

Make no excuses for making the decision (or for waiting a little longer if that's necessary.) 

They send you a check, then have some excuse like a death in the family and want you to send them a refund.
