Multi seems to have more cashflow, but what makes a better way to break the ice and jump into the adventure?

I'm excited about starting a new adventure 

Grab the getting started guide - it's a great read - and then dig into some marketing, the #1 task as an REI, in my opinion.

All that said, I do not believe (nor will I ever believe) that I know everything about real estate investing.To start, I am looking to narrow down the area in which I want to work here in Memphis, build good relationships with realtors, attorneys, contractors, and other investors in the area as I start this new adventure in my life.

As you gain experience and knowledge, everyday task are easier to deal with.As with everything, I find the hardest thing is taking that first action.

My adventure in real estate has been great thus far .

I just invested in my first property, and now the next task is to sell the property.

It was quite the adventure. 

I can do basic tasks such as painting, changing out doorknobs, installing wood flooring, etc.
