I am interested in networking and searching for Investors for wholesale within the south side of Chicago. If you Have any input I would Like to have your input on where to start. I have an experienced contractor that will be estimating repairs and a lot of resources as a realtor to make sure the comps and market are the correct decision for the flips that I intend to market.
