As mentioned before soundproofing would be helpful, as well as making sure each guest has their own private space outdoors.If you don't have smart locks, I'd highly recommend getting them and installing on the front doors.

I had it all removed to install tile.

I had a business as a computer consultant, I invoiced the customer for all the work I did, which involves buying computers, hardware, installing them.

They might also give you some sort of bundle deal and free delivery/install. 

I am looking at a 2600 sq house, new tile, counters, updated bath, paint and carpet, all cosmetic is 25k, so just saying you may want to re-look at the numbers. 

And lastly whether I was doing the install myself or not for ease of installation.

We installed a MW drawer as part of the remodel.  

I like the tubs where they are freestanding but tiled in around them. 

I go with semi-gloss paint on all the walls and trim to make them easier to clean in the future.Bathrooms and kitchens - ceramic tile not sheet vinyl which can rip.Now that YOU have a chance to place the tenant, make sure you have a quality unit and don't settle for less than a quality tenant.
