Dropping some locations of places we’d be willing to travel to in order to get more eyes on the post via keyword alerts...

I have attempted to do some research and unfortunately I keep going in circles- maybe because I am not wording the keywords right.

If I were you I would check out the BP marketplace and set keyword alerts up for "turnkey" "Property Manager" "Property Management" etc.......See what others are doing in your specific niche.

No matter how 'great' the experienced investor looks now, he or she was once inexperienced and had the same questions as you.Definitely set up your keyword alerts so you can be notified when a topic or area you are interested in is mentioned in the forums.Finally, all the reading in the world never beats real life experience.

Also, if you use towns/cities in a post there are a lot of us that have alerts set and get notified when someone is talking about a certain keyword.

Hi James,Youaybhave already done so but I recommend you set "self storage" as a keyword alert here on BP so that you get a notification when it's discussed in the forums.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.
