Small brokerage lead generation

Hi all!

I’ve recently gotten my real estate license in Missouri, mainly to property manage, but I’m also really keen on making some sales! I’m in a TINY brokerage—I’m the only agent working under my broker in a newly formed brokerage. I’m looking for anything you can throw at me as far as lead generation goes and also any great learning resources for new agents! (Podcasts, YouTube channels, books, etc).

I’m super motivated to succeed!!

Spend 3 hours per day on lead generating activities. As a new agent, thats going to primarily be prospecting. So talk to everyone you know, constantly about real estate.

 Good show. I was on it a couple times. Pat's pretty good but he isn't altogether that focused on the investing side of the business. Pat's show is more geared towards what regular Realtors are doing. If I were you I would check out the BP marketplace and set keyword alerts up for "turnkey" "Property Manager" "Property Management" etc.......See what others are doing in your specific niche.
