@Steve HiltabiddleIf you will be doing that many note transactions, you will definitely want to research the Checkbook IRA LLC or Solo 401(k) plan.

I’m planing on opening a Roth IRA either with vanguard or m1 finance.I was going to invest in either vtfiax,vtsax but the minimum is $3k and I don’t feel comfortable since this will be my first time and I don’t really want to take that much out of my saving right now So I will do that next year when I have more.So my question is what would be the Best to do I feel more comfortable with $1.5k I heard of the lazy 3.

Once you establish a new self-directed IRA, you will contact each of the 401(k) administrators to have them rollover the funds to that IRA.

And then they’ll look at the experience of the borrower, and then the borrower’s credit rating, but they are not really going to go much deeper than that.If it’s an institutional lender, they ask for all of these things (the borrower, the asset, and the credit rating of the borrower), but if it’s your normal IRA/401(k) lender, they are less likely to go into that amount of detail but are going to focus mostly on the person and the asset as a general rule--the relationship.
