Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

I discovered this community while reading "The book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner. As my youngest son is now in college I started to think more about retirement and my desire to have new cash flows vs pulling money out of retirement accounts. I have started the process of educating myself, setting goals and yes I have "Flipped the Switch".

Just a little background on myself. I have spent the last 20 years building a great career in IT. I really do love IT as it is all about solving problems. Now I want to take my experiences and translate them into something more.

My goal is to create sustainable cashflows that will allow me to retire well and spend time with my family that I missed out on while I was "Building my Career". My initial plan is to start building experience with SFR's and move more into commercial multifamily rentals.

I am looking forward to the opportunity to network with like minded individuals!
