From the news and statistic data on St Louis Fed, Redfin, Zillow, articles, etc.What I see and hear everyday is, low inventory, median house price is x % higher than one year ago, multiple offers, sold above asking price, etc etc.I’m still buying in the market, and I can actually feel the strong bidding war and the shrinking inventory too.
