Short term rental lending on multi unit

I am finding it difficult to find lending on more than 4 units, all to be used as short term rentals. It is a small one story building. Each unit is a true unit- they were not converted. Many DSCR lenders are saying they prefer only up to 4 units. It's too small for CRE's I have found. Has anyone done a similar deal and how did you finance?

Hey Holly. Some DSCR lenders can go up to 8 or even 10 units on DSCR. I'd suggest reaching out to a few more and see who is the right fit.
