@John Woodrich I completely agree with the organization aspect.

So I dont really see anything thats changed culturally in that aspect.

That isn't a knock against them - tenants are one of the most challenging aspects.

As for the free craigslist and Zillow listings great way together my feet wet by calling people who want to sale and just getting down the conversational aspect.

Every bank handles this aspect of a transaction their own way.

So it just gets you taken more seriously by an agent, when you show you've already taken the financial aspect seriously.But you can do either/or - you can get a referral for a mortgage person from an agent instead of contacting a mortgage person independently before talking to an agent.
