Home Equity Loan (not HELOC) within an LLC?

I have been researching options in order to access equity in a house held by an llc. From what I have read so far home equity loans are not an option, outside of one off small bank transactions. I am not looking for a HELOC, but rather something that could be amortized over 20-30 years. I assume such vehicles exist, but I am unaware of them at this time. If anyone could enlighten me as to this aspect of lending it would be greatly appreciated!
