When I have been presented packages, they are always crap the the seller is hoping for a greater fool to buy.     

It's not the typical motivational crap, but unique things that he has observed that I've never seen in other books.  

You can view their opportunity and meet like minded individuals and if you happen to see something of value to YOU (instead of what others may see or not see as value to them), then you do your due diligence and act after you are completely satisfied with your decision.You can find wrong with just about everything, including that first new car over time, and a blog site has a ton of opinions and some facts...so take everything in, filter out the crap, do YOUR OWN homework and be confident in your own decisions. 

Yeah, I experienced most of that same crap with my last REO.Next time I'm putting in a time limit for them to accept my offer.

Actually we look for "crap of the cream" properties that we can "greenhab"....You know...solar, wind, battery power, food growth...that kind of eco stuff.

But how much crap am I getting myself into with this?  

Obviously, start any legal stuff like notices in case they don't bite but it would be much less time, money, and headache if you can just give them $200 and get them, and their crap, out of your unit. 

They want to make is nice and shiny, but often what lurks below the surface is crap
