@Andrew Shevchuk We are funding tons of deals in Cleveland right now...It's fun to see where all the money is moving...just watch where the most cash deals are happening and where the hard money loans are going.

It was always a fun challenge having to put together the puzzle pieces for occupied projects.

Again, if your finances allow, maybe only work Saturdays and keep Sunday for family fun, or take one weekend off a month.
