Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $59,000
Cash invested: $40,000

Bought this 4bed 2 bath home in serious need of repair, but was attracted to the location, size, and the fact its all brick. $40,000 and 4 months later we have it rented for $1350/month with a 24 month lease.
