In the beginning I'm sure I'll be the one asking all the questions but in time I hope to be able to share what I've learned with others.

I've done most of the work on all the properties myself, but am now trying to move away from that since my job has become much more demanding and my time much more limited.I'm looking forward to contributing to the forums where I can, although I'll be the first to admit that the way I've done things in the past probably haven't been the most efficient way to go about investing.

I feel like if the market has a downturn right about the time when my arm expires I’ll be facing lower rents and higher interest rates at the same time.

I'm happy with my current 9-5, but there's a chance I'll be relocating within the next 5 years, and if I do, I'd like to consider ways to further submerge myself in REI.

I'll sell him the house for $305K he can get financed, plus I will carry a contract for an additional 15K. 

In reality, I’ll be able to rent out one of the two units, and I will live in the other unit with a few friends, so I’ll actually be living for free & positively cash flowing, with a good cushion for potential issues/disasters, but I know that’s not how it’ll appear on paper unfortunately.
