Short term rental North of Austin

Hey everyone! My name is Jeremy. I'm a real estate investor that lives in Round Rock, TX. I've done flips and traditional rentals, but just starting to dip my toe in the water of STR I have a traditional retail in the Hutto/Round Rock area that I'm thinking about turning into an AirBnB. I'd love to hear about your experience and get any advise If you currently have STRs in this market.
