Hey everyone! My name is Jeremy. I'm a real estate investor that lives in Round Rock, TX. I've done flips and traditional rentals, but just starting to dip my toe in the water of STR I have a traditional retail in the Hutto/Round Rock area that I'm thinking about turning into an AirBnB. I'd love to hear about your experience and get any advise If you currently have STRs in this market. In fact, if you are on this side of town I will even buy you lunch if you are willing to share with me your insights.
