To find a remote project manager I would first call around to find a local investor friendly realtor, then get referrals from them for a project manager, or alternatively some realtors also do project management themselves.

"Reverse Mortgages") have a feature where by a senior can actually purchase a home using an HECM if they have enough cash on hand to make up the difference between the purchase price and the proceeds from the HECM.The part I don't seem to be able to find is how much of the purchase can be paid with an HECM and how much cash equity is needed.Looking for anyone on BP who is knowledgeable about HECMs and can provide some guidance.

I know the search feature is a bit clunky but you can probably easily develop a list of 20 or so books just by searching the blog and forum posts.My favorite book was one of the first I read on real estate investing it's "Buy and Hold Investing" by David Schumacher.
